This Privacy Policy explains how Zoko Collective ("Zoko," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Culinary Concept House LLC, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit zokocollective.com (the "Site") or interact with our newsletter, private event inquiries, reservations, or (once launched) takeout and delivery ordering. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Newsletter sign-up. If you subscribe to our newsletter through the form embedded on the Site (powered by Mailchimp), we collect your email address and, if provided, your name.
Private event inquiries. If you submit a private event request through the Site (powered by Tripleseat), we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, event date, guest count, and any other details about your event.
Reservations. The "Reserve" button on the Site takes you to OpenTable to complete your booking. We do not collect the reservation details you enter on OpenTable's site; OpenTable collects them directly under its own privacy policy. OpenTable shares the details of your booking (such as your name, contact information, party size, and any notes) with us so we can host your visit.
Takeout and delivery (coming soon). We plan to add a takeout/delivery ordering button that will direct you to a third-party ordering platform. Once that feature launches, this policy will be updated to name the platform and describe what information it collects.
Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our Site and the third-party tools embedded on it (Mailchimp, Tripleseat, OpenTable, and, in the future, our delivery partner) may automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, typically through cookies or similar technologies.

- Third-party accounts: For information collected directly by Mailchimp, Tripleseat, or OpenTable, you may also need to contact them directly or use the tools they provide.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
